Why do I not receive a newsletter even though I have subscribed to it?
Once subscribed to our newsletter, you'll receive a confirmation email with an activation link. A successful subscription is only finished once the link has been clicked. If you have not received a confirmation email, don't forget to check your junk or spam folder. Additionally, you can add [email protected] to your address book. If you still haven't received the newsletter, contact us so we can find out what's wrong.
